The Challenge
Leads generated from IndiaMART, website enquiries, and social media platforms were being managed manually, causing delays in lead assignment and follow-ups. Sales teams had to manually dial customer numbers outside the CRM, resulting in inefficient calling processes and incomplete communication tracking. Quotation follow-ups were dependent on manual reminders, leading to missed follow-ups and lower conversion opportunities. Sales and accounting teams were maintaining data separately in Zoho CRM and Zoho Books, creating duplicate data entry work. Order and financial data from Shopify were not automatically synchronized with accounting operations.
Our Solution
We integrated IndiaMART, website enquiry forms, and social media lead sources with Zoho CRM to automate lead capture. We integrated RingCentral with Zoho CRM, allowing the sales team to make calls directly from the Leads module. We implemented an automated quotation follow-up process that sends reminder emails after 15 days. We connected Zoho CRM and Zoho Books to automatically sync customer and deal information. We integrated Shopify with Zoho Books to automate order and accounting data synchronization.

Configured quotation follow-up automation with the workflow Deal Stage Changed to Quotation → 15-Day Waiting Period → Automatic Follow-Up Email Sent to Client One Time.
Developed sales-to-accounting automation using the workflow Deal Marked as Closed Won → Customer & Deal Data Synced Automatically → Record Created in Zoho Books.
Implemented Shopify and Zoho Books integration using the workflow Order Created in Shopify → Sales & Customer Data Synced → Accounting Entries Updated Automatically in Zoho Books.
