Zoho Authorized Partner & Reseller
Zoho Partner & Reseller in India
Skynetiks is an authorised Zoho partner in India and an authorised reseller. We license, implement and support the full Zoho suite — One, CRM, Books, People, Desk, Analytics and Creator — with INR billing, a GST invoice, and a team that has been deploying business software for Indian companies for over 20 years.
Zoho Partner vs Zoho Reseller in India
Buying Zoho licences is the easy part. Getting Zoho configured around how your business actually runs is where implementations succeed or quietly die.
A reseller sells the licence
- Licence procurement across Zoho products
- INR billing with a GST-compliant tax invoice
- Plan changes, upgrades and seat adjustments
- Renewal handling and consolidated invoicing
A partner makes it work
- Requirement mapping and module selection
- Data migration from your existing system
- Custom workflows, approvals and automation
- Integrations, user training and ongoing support
The Zoho Suite We Implement in India
Each app has its own page covering what it does, what customising it involves, and what implementation costs. Most Indian customers start with Zoho One or CRM and grow into the rest — and we will tell you honestly when a single module is enough and Zoho One is overbuying.
Zoho One
The full suite of 45+ applications on one licence per employee. Usually the cheapest route once you need four or more Zoho products.

Learn moreZoho Pricing and Licensing in India
Zoho publishes India pricing in INR, and a partner cannot legally undercut or inflate it — the margin comes from Zoho, not from your licence. So the useful question is not who is cheapest, but which licence you should be on.
Zoho One — two rates, and they are not close
- All employees — ₹1,250 / employee / month
- Priced against every employee on payroll, not the people who log in. A 60-person company where 12 use the CRM licenses 60.
- Flexible users — ₹3,500 / user / month
- Licence only the people who need it, at nearly three times the rate. Worth it when a handful of people each live in four or five apps.
Annual billing, excluding GST. All 45+ applications are included on either plan — the plans differ only in who you have to count.
Starts a 30-day Zoho trial and registers Skynetiks as your partner of record. Zoho sets the price either way — a partner cannot mark it up — and you can change partner later.
Individual apps — priced per user
Each product is licensed separately, only for the people who use it. Zoho CRM, the most commonly bought of them, lists in India at:
- Zoho CRM Standard₹800 / user / month
- Zoho CRM Professional₹1,400 / user / month
- Zoho CRM Enterprise₹2,400 / user / month
- Zoho CRM Ultimate₹2,600 / user / month
Annual billing, excluding GST. Zoho Books, Desk, People, Projects, Inventory and Creator are each priced on their own scale — we quote the combination once we know who needs what. Full Zoho CRM edition comparison.
What implementation costs
Licences are one cost; getting Zoho configured around your business is the other. Implementation is a one-time services fee quoted against the scope agreed at discovery. For Zoho CRM, where we have done enough of them to publish a range, that is ₹50,000 to ₹5,00,000. Other apps are scoped individually rather than fitted to a headline number. What moves it:
- Number of users, and how many distinct roles need separate configuration
- How much workflow, approval and automation logic has to be built
- Integrations with accounting, telephony, marketplace and in-house systems
- Volume and state of the data being migrated
How we size a licence before quoting
We ask for a headcount split by role, list which apps each role genuinely touches weekly, and price all three routes against your real numbers. Then we quote the cheapest one. It takes an afternoon, and on a mid-sized rollout the gap between routes is routinely larger than the implementation fee.
Example 1 — One App, Few Users: 60 Employees, 12 in the CRM
Same company, same requirement, three ways to licence it. Monthly, excluding GST, on annual billing.
| Route | How it is counted | Monthly cost |
|---|---|---|
| Zoho One, all employeesAll 45+ apps, everyone covered | 60 employees × ₹1,250 | ₹75,000 |
| Zoho One, flexible usersAll 45+ apps, 12 people only | 12 users × ₹3,500 | ₹42,000 |
| Zoho CRM Professional onlyOne app, 12 people | 12 users × ₹1,400 | ₹16,800Cheapest for this shape |
Example 2 — Mixed Stack: The Same 60 Employees Across Four Apps
35 people in CRM Enterprise, 5 in Books, 10 in Inventory, and all 60 in People. Note that two of these are not priced per user at all.
| App | Who needs it | How Zoho charges | Monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zoho CRM Enterprise | 35 users | Per user × ₹2,400 | ₹84,000 |
| Zoho Books Professional | 5 users | Per organisation — 5 users included | ₹1,499 |
| Zoho Inventory Plus | 10 users | Per organisation — 10 users included | ₹4,999 |
| Zoho People | All 60 | Per user × ₹98 | ₹5,880 |
| Individual apps, total | ₹96,378 | ||
| Zoho One, all employees60 employees × ₹1,250 — and all 60 get all 45+ applications, not just the one they were licensed for | ₹75,000Cheapest for this shape | ||
Zoho One saves ₹21,378 a month here — ₹2,56,536 a year
The same headcount as Example 1, and the opposite answer. Two things flipped it: every employee needs People, so there is no longer a group you are paying for and not using; and 35 of them are on CRM Enterprise at ₹2,400, which alone costs more than the entire Zoho One bill. The flexible-user plan is not in contention here — 60 people need something, so it would cost 60 × ₹3,500 = ₹2,10,000.
“Five people on Books” is not five licences
Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory are priced per organisation with users included — Books Professional covers 5 users for ₹1,499 and Inventory Plus covers 10 for ₹4,999, with extra users at ₹150 and ₹399 respectively. So the plan is often chosen by something other than headcount: for Inventory it is usually monthly order volume, since Standard stops at 500 orders and Plus allows 7,500. Comparing these against a per-user product without noticing that is how licence budgets end up wrong by a factor of three.
When Zoho One flips to being cheaper
All-employee Zoho One beats buying a single app outright once the share of your payroll that needs that app passes ₹1,250 ÷ the app's price. For CRM Professional at ₹1,400 that is about 89% — so if essentially everyone needs CRM Professional, Zoho One already costs less than CRM alone, and the other 44 applications come free. For CRM Standard at ₹800 the threshold is over 100%, meaning a Standard-only shop should never buy Zoho One for the CRM.
When flexible users win
Flexible-user Zoho One is worth it when one person's app stack would otherwise cost more than ₹3,500 a month — realistically someone living in CRM, Books, Desk, Projects and People at once. For a team where most people need one or two apps, buying those apps directly stays cheaper, which is why the example above lands where it does.
Prices as published by Zoho for India and verified 19 August 2026 — check them yourself on Zoho's CRM pricing page and Zoho One pricing page, plus Books and Inventory. Monthly billing costs more per user than the annual rates shown, and GST applies on top of everything here.
Why Indian Businesses Use a Local Zoho Partner
GST built in, not bolted on
Zoho Books configured with your GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes, place-of-supply rules, e-invoicing and e-way bills — so your first GSTR filing after go-live is clean.
INR billing with GST invoice
Invoiced in Indian Rupees by an Indian company, with our GSTIN and yours on the invoice so you can claim input tax credit.
Implementation, not just a login
Modules configured around your sales process, approval hierarchy and reporting needs — the work that decides whether people actually use the system.
Support in your time zone
A named account manager and helpdesk during Indian business hours, rather than a queue that answers when your office is closed.
Licence right-sizing
Zoho One is not always cheapest. We model your actual module usage and recommend the mix that costs least for what you need.
Procurement paperwork
POs, vendor onboarding, MSAs, NDAs and TDS handling — the process Indian enterprises and PSUs require before a purchase can be raised.
Self-Serve Zoho vs a Zoho Implementation Partner

Zoho Partner in India — FAQs
Who is the best Zoho partner in India?
Skynetiks Technologies is an authorised Zoho partner and reseller in India with over 20 years in business software and more than 5,000 customers. We handle Zoho licensing, implementation, data migration, custom workflows, integrations and ongoing support from our India office in Noida, billing in INR with a GST-compliant tax invoice.
What is the difference between a Zoho partner and a Zoho reseller in India?
A Zoho reseller in India is authorised to sell and bill Zoho licences locally. A Zoho partner additionally delivers implementation — requirement mapping, module configuration, data migration from your existing system, workflow and approval automation, integrations, and user training. Skynetiks is both, so licence pricing and implementation come from one vendor under one contract.
Does Zoho cost more when bought through an Indian partner?
No. Licence pricing through an authorised Zoho partner in India is the same as buying directly from Zoho, and you additionally get implementation support, a dedicated account manager and India-hours support. The partner margin comes from Zoho, not from a markup on your licence.
How much does Zoho cost in India?
Individual apps are priced per user per month in INR, excluding GST — Zoho CRM runs from ₹800 for Standard to ₹2,600 for Ultimate on annual billing, and Zoho Books, Desk, People and the rest are priced separately. Zoho One bundles all 45+ applications at ₹1,250 per employee per month if you license every employee on payroll, or ₹3,500 per user per month on the flexible-user plan. Buying through an authorised partner costs the same as buying direct from Zoho. Implementation is a separate one-time fee, typically between ₹50,000 and ₹5,00,000 depending on users, workflow complexity and integrations.
Is Zoho One cheaper than buying Zoho apps separately?
It is arithmetic, and the numbers are public. Zoho One's all-employee plan is ₹1,250 per employee on your payroll — not per person who logs in — so a 60-person company where only 12 use the CRM licenses all 60, at ₹75,000 a month. The flexible-user plan licenses only those 12 but at ₹3,500 each, so ₹42,000. Zoho CRM Professional for the same 12 people is ₹16,800. For that shape, buying the single app wins comfortably. All-employee Zoho One overtakes a single app once the share of your payroll needing it passes ₹1,250 divided by that app's price — about 89% for CRM Professional at ₹1,400, at which point Zoho One costs less than CRM alone and includes the other 44 applications. We run these three numbers against your actual headcount before recommending anything.
Which Zoho products do you implement?
Zoho One, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Sign and Zoho Mail. Most Indian customers start with Zoho One or Zoho CRM and add modules as they grow.
Is Zoho Books compliant with Indian GST?
Yes. Zoho Books is GST-ready for India with GSTIN validation, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B report generation, e-invoicing and e-way bill support. We configure your tax rates, HSN/SAC codes, place-of-supply rules and invoice templates as part of implementation so your first filing after go-live is clean.
Can you migrate our data from our existing CRM or accounting system?
Yes. We migrate from Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshworks, Tally, QuickBooks, spreadsheets and in-house systems. Migration includes field mapping, deduplication, historical records, attachments and a validation pass against your source data before go-live.
How long does a Zoho implementation take in India?
A single-module CRM rollout for a small team typically takes two to four weeks. A multi-module Zoho One deployment across sales, finance, HR and support usually runs six to twelve weeks depending on data volume, integrations and how much process redesign is involved.
Can you take over an existing Zoho account?
Yes. If you bought Zoho directly or through another partner, we can be added as your partner of record. Your data, users and configuration are untouched — only the billing relationship and support path change.
Who you are actually contracting with
Zoho licences and implementation are sold and invoiced by Skynetiks Technologies Pvt. Ltd., B-609/610 Logix Technova, Sector 132, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304 — an Indian company, on an Indian tax invoice, by a team based in India.
