How much does Zoho People implementation cost?

No. Licence pricing through an authorised Zoho partner is identical to buying direct from Zoho; the partner margin comes from Zoho rather than from a markup on your licence. What you additionally get is the implementation work, a named account manager and support in Indian business hours.
Can you take over an existing Zoho People setup?
Yes. If you bought Zoho directly or through another partner, we can be added as your partner of record without touching your data, users or configuration — only the billing relationship and support path change. We can also audit an existing configuration and fix what is not working rather than starting again.
How long does Zoho People implementation take?
A focused single-team rollout is usually two to four weeks. A multi-team deployment with data migration and third-party integrations typically runs six to twelve weeks. The variable is rarely the software — it is how settled your own process is before we start.
