Zoho Authorized Partner
Zoho CRM and TradeIndia Integration
TradeIndia enquiries arrive the same way IndiaMART's do — fast, and in a panel a sales team has to remember to check. We connect TradeIndia's lead API to Zoho CRM on the same dedupe, assignment and source-tracking logic we use for IndiaMART, so a buyer who finds you on either marketplace lands as one properly attributed record, not two.
What Zoho already does
Custom API build
Zoho ships no first-party TradeIndia connector, and there is no maintained Marketplace listing for it either. A dependable setup reads TradeIndia's own lead API from a scheduled Zoho function, the same pattern used for IndiaMART — which also means that if you run both marketplaces, the matching, dedupe and routing layer can be shared between them rather than built twice.
What a TradeIndia Integration Fixes
- Enquiries sitting in the TradeIndia seller panel until someone remembers to check it
- A buyer who enquires on both IndiaMART and TradeIndia showing up as two unrelated leads
- No visibility into which marketplace is actually producing closed business, versus just enquiry volume
- Enquiries arriving after hours with no acknowledgement until the next working day
What We Build
Scheduled lead pull
A Zoho function calls TradeIndia's lead API on a schedule, tracking the last-fetched point so nothing is pulled twice or missed between runs.
Shared deduplication with other marketplaces
Where IndiaMART or another lead source is already integrated, incoming TradeIndia enquiries are matched against the same Lead and Contact pool on phone and email, so one buyer stays one record regardless of which marketplace they used.
Field and product mapping
Buyer details and the enquired product mapped to CRM fields, including a source field distinguishing TradeIndia from IndiaMART and any other channel, so reporting can tell them apart later.
Assignment and first response
Round-robin or territory-based assignment, with an optional automated acknowledgement so the buyer is not waiting until someone opens the panel.
Failure alerting
A named person is told if the API call fails or a credential expires, rather than lead capture degrading silently.
How the Data Actually Moves
Every step names its direction, because "integrated" on its own tells you nothing about which system wins when the two disagree.
- 01
Buyer enquires on TradeIndia
Against one of your product listings, visible in the TradeIndia seller panel.
- 02
Zoho pulls it in
A scheduled function calls the TradeIndia lead API and retrieves everything since the last successful fetch.
- 03
Dedupe and match
Checked against existing records — including ones created from IndiaMART or other sources, if they share the same dedupe pool — on phone and email.
- 04
Assign and acknowledge
Routed to an owner by rule, with the optional first-touch message going out.
- 05
Report by source
Because the marketplace and listing are stored on the record, pipeline and won-revenue reports can be broken down by where the buyer actually came from.
What Goes Wrong With TradeIndia Integrations
We sell this work, so treat the section accordingly — but an integration that breaks quietly six months in costs us more in support than the build ever earned. These are the failure modes worth knowing before you commission it.
Lead-pull API access is a separate request from your seller account
Having a TradeIndia seller account does not automatically mean lead API access is enabled — it typically needs to be requested through your account manager. Confirm this before scoping the build, not after.
Running two marketplaces without shared dedupe doubles the mess, not the leads
Integrating TradeIndia on its own matching logic, separate from an existing IndiaMART integration, recreates exactly the duplicate-buyer problem both integrations were meant to solve individually. The dedupe pool needs to span every marketplace feeding the CRM, not be rebuilt per source.
How long it takes
One to two weeks for a standalone setup. Often a matter of days where an IndiaMART integration already exists and the dedupe and routing layer only needs extending to a second source.
Integration work is quoted per scope rather than from a price list, because the same integration costs very different amounts depending on how clean the data behind it is. Discovery is free, and you get a fixed number before you commit to anything.
What we need from you
- A TradeIndia seller account with lead API access requested and confirmed
- A decision on the dedupe key — phone, email, or both — consistent with any existing marketplace integration
- Zoho CRM on an edition that supports custom functions

Zoho CRM and TradeIndia Integration — FAQs
Can TradeIndia leads go into Zoho CRM automatically?
Yes, through a scheduled call to TradeIndia's lead API from a Zoho CRM custom function — the same pattern used for IndiaMART. There is no first-party Zoho connector, so it is a build rather than a toggle, but it runs unattended once live.
We already have IndiaMART integrated. Does TradeIndia cost the same again?
Usually less. The dedupe, assignment and routing logic built for IndiaMART extends to a second marketplace rather than needing to be rebuilt, so adding TradeIndia on top of an existing integration is typically faster and cheaper than either was standalone.
Will a buyer who enquires on both marketplaces create two records?
Not if the two integrations share one dedupe pool. We match on phone and email across every connected marketplace, so a buyer who finds you twice, through two different platforms, still ends up as one CRM record with two enquiries attached.
Can we report on IndiaMART versus TradeIndia performance separately?
Yes — the source marketplace and listing are stored on the record at capture time, so pipeline and won-revenue reports can be filtered or grouped by source. This is usually the number that decides which marketplace subscription is worth renewing.
What if TradeIndia changes its lead API?
Marketplace lead APIs change without much notice, which is a known risk of a custom-built integration rather than a first-party connector. We build in failure alerting so a broken call is caught within hours rather than discovered weeks later as a gap in the pipeline.
